Drop off, collection and shipping can either be managed by our clients or by Hotlotz.

CLIENT MANAGED

Many clients make their own arrangements to drop off or collect items. No appointment is necessary, but please check our saleroom opening hours.

Please only drop off items after we have requested you do so or confirming with us first. If you are collecting items you have bought, they will be available from the day after the auction ends provided we have received cleared payment.

If you wish to arrange your own shipping, please send us a confirmation email authorising us to accept or release the item and include the name of the third-party and the proposed date and time.

We can try to help you with any drop-offs or collections by you or your shippers, but please give us as much notice as possible of anything needed.

We ask that you collect any items within 7 days of the end of the sale. We may charge storage fees if items are not collected in good time.

Please do check the auction catalogue for any other instructions about collections, such as location or timing.

HOTLOTZ MANAGED

Clients also benefit from our internal logistics team who can manage all domestic and international shipping for you. You will be offered this service at the relevant time.

Please also feel free to contact the saleroom at hello@hotlotz.com or on (+65) 6254 7616 if you need help organising shipping.

We will provide you with a quote from our trusted, cost effective suppliers.

REMOVING GST FOR OVERSEAS BUYERS

If you are an overseas buyer of an item in auction and want GST zero-rated (removed), there are a number of requirements including that you must instruct Hotlotz to manage the export process on your behalf (using a reputable logistics company that provides IRAS compliant documentation).

You must also confirm to us that you are not Singapore resident and provide your overseas shipping address. The export must take place within 60 days of the auction closing date.

GST is not charged by Hotlotz on items that are sold by a named seller. Therefore, GST can only be zero rated on the buyer's premium not the closing bid price.
