Traveling By Car

We are conveniently situated just off Jalan Bukit Merah, offering straightforward access from major roads.

Parking Options for Visitors:

Closest and Recommended Public Car Park: The most convenient option for general visitor parking is the car park located at Frontech Centre (15 Jalan Kilang Barat). This car park is situated directly opposite our saleroom entrance, making the walk short and easy.

Self-Collection and Delivery Bay: For clients arriving specifically to self-collect purchased items or to drop off consignments, we have dedicated facilities. We offer two designated parking spaces right at the front of our building. These spaces are specifically reserved to offer direct, level access into the saleroom, ensuring an easy and efficient transfer of goods. Please utilise these spots for quick loading and unloading only.

Important Parking Note: We strongly advise against using the Kewalram House car park. Access from this location to the Hotlotz saleroom is poor and inconvenient, adding unnecessary complication to your visit.

Traveling By Public Transport

The nearest MRT station, on the East-West (Green) Line, is Redhill Station.

From Redhill MRT Station:

Walking: If you prefer to walk, the journey from Redhill MRT to our saleroom takes approximately 15 to 20 minutes. It's a pleasant, if slightly longer, walk.

By Bus Connection: For a faster journey, you can connect with a bus service:

Option 1 (Bus 139):

Walk for 4 minutes to the 'Blk 63b' bus stop.

Board Bus number 139 and ride for 3 stops.

Alight at the 'Opp Pacific Tech Ctr' stop.

From the bus stop, our saleroom is a short 6-minute walk away.

Option 2 (Bus 63):

Walk for 3 minutes to the 'Opp Blk 73' bus stop.

Board Bus number 63 and ride for 4 stops.

Alight at the 'Blk 50' bus stop.

From this stop, the Hotlotz saleroom is about an 8-minute walk.

Convenient Bus Stop: The following bus numbers stop at 'Opp Blk 28': 14, 123, 147, 153, 196, 197, 198, 855, 961, and 961M.

Walking Time: From the 'Opp Blk 28' bus stop, our location is only a 5-minute walk.

Traveling By Bicycle or On Foot

We are an ideal destination for cyclists and pedestrians, being located adjacent to one of Singapore's most scenic routes.

Green Corridor Access: Our building is situated right next to the beautiful Green Corridor (former railway line). A convenient access point to this popular path is located just two minutes from our door.

Bicycle Facilities: We happily accommodate cyclists and provide secure parking facilities for your bicycles during your visit.
