About the Auction
Interiors & Collectibles is our monthly auction of good furniture, interior decor, and collectible items. March features a finely curated collection of Scandinavian art glass and ceramics, including works by Oiva Toikka, Royal Copenhagen and Orrefors. Rare maps and engravings also feature: a hand coloured German chart noted as the 'first close-up' depiction of Singapore during a Dutch-Portugese naval confrontation in 1603, 18th and 19th century maps and charts of the Malayan Peninsula and the Straits of Malacca, and 19th century engravings of Penang, Malacca, Singapore and New Zealand. A selection of good quality furniture complements the sale alongside contemporary and traditional artworks, ceramics and silver.
Please note this is a timed, online-only auction, and as such, we cannot accept telephone or commission bids. Physical viewing is available for all lots at our Singapore saleroom during the published viewing times. We offer local and international shipping on all lots in this sale.
